Club Rules

1. You must possess a current club membership to enter Broadstreet or must be a guest of a member. There is a     three day wait after filling out a membership before you can pick it up. (ABC LAW)

2. A member may sign in only two guests.

3. You may only be signed in as a guest two times. After the second time you must apply to be a member.

4. No foul language or exposure while in the club. (ABC LAW)

5. Large purses and backpacks are not allowed into the club.

6. No weapons of any kind are allowed in the club. Any found will be confiscated.

7. Shirt tails must be tucked in at ALL times.

8. No flip flops or shower shoes.

9. You must possess a valid ID to enter the club REGARDLESS of age. Valid ID's are: a state driver's license, military ID card , a NC State ID Card, or a passport. ID's must be current and not expired. ID's must have a photo and not be defaced in any way.

* DOD ID's and Foreign Driver Licenses may not be accepted under ABC LAW

10. You must be 18 or older to purchase a membership.

11. Minors under 18 are not allowed into Broadstreet after 9pm. (21+ Only on Saturdays)

12. No fighting is allowed in or outside of Broadstreet.

13. Please do not drink and drive. We will call you a cab at anytime. Please use a designated driver.

14. You may not be in "staff only" areas at anytime. This includes the DJ Booth.

15. Age Requirements: 18 & Over Sun - Friday / 21+ ONLY ON SATURDAYS

16. You will not be admitted at the door if you are visibly intoxicated.

17. Altercations are not allowed in / outside the venue.

18. You may not climb or stand on any furniture, the bar, etc. Please treat the venue with respect.

*Any breaking of the above rules violate club policy and you will be asked to leave.
